You Can Write a Review for Genealogy Sites

If you like genealogy you probably have a favorite Genealogy site, or maybe some words of caution against other sites. Please write a customer review and share your opinions of these family tree and genealogy websites.

Who are you, where do you come from, who were your ancestors? Many people want to know these things and as such Genealogy has become very popular. On line genealogy sites have been popping up like crazy. People who want to research their family tree are often confused by the many different websites; which ones are good, which ones are not?

If you have used any genealogy sites I would love to hear from you. Your experiences can help influence others. People often look for user reviews, reviews from real people who have used particular websites or products.

You can help spread the word about the genealogy sites you love, as well as those you would not recommend. It would be nice to see more positive customer reviews about sites people love, it seems like most people are more than happy to complain and write negative customer reviews, but few people take the time to write positive reviews for the companies they love – isn’t it about time you gave your favorite genealogy site a pat on the back?

With that in mind here are some links to write a review for your favorite (or least favorite) genealogy websites.

Click on the website name and another window will open in which you can write your customer review.

23AndMe (genetics)

Ancestry.ca

Ancestry.com

One Great Family

World Vital Records

To write a review – when the window opens – click the STARS to rate what you think of the site, then write a few sentences to share your experiences, tips for others, or just how much you love the site.

Many other users will thank you!

My Aunt Ara did a Genealogy search online and compiled a book about our family. If you would like to find out her sources, I will give you her contact information. Kharla

I never really thought of finding any ancestors before the Polish General that is a distant relative. He fought the Russians and won in the 1700s.

The LDS church is actually where the genealogy idea originated. It’s been a large part of the Mormon church since the church was organized. In fact, if you write a lot of these ancestor sites for resources, a lot give one of the Mormon orgs. My grandmother (Mormon) traced her family tree past the Civil War and found that she was a direct relative of Robert E. Lee.
